“Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky, but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love, belonging, and joy.” – Brené Brown

Hello, I’m Laure. I partner with you in a caring and collaborative way as you move toward meaningful change and rediscover the happiness, balance, and authentic joy you deserve.

Transformative Coaching & Art Therapy Sessions

Once a foundation of trust and connection is established, I facilitate online transformative coaching and art therapy sessions with families. Together, we strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication, and build lasting family cohesion while empowering you to apply these skills independently. I create a safe, attuned space where insights and clarity naturally emerge, allowing families to discover strengths and perspectives that guide lasting growth.

“The answers are already within you”

My role is to help you uncover them, at your pace, in your own way, and with full support along the journey. You will gain new insights, recognize hidden strengths, and develop perspectives that create meaningful, lasting change in your family life.

About Me

I collaborate with parents and couples to create stronger relationships, clearer communication, and a harmonious, joyful home. Through a blend of transformative coaching and family art therapy, I help families connect more deeply, navigate challenges with clarity, and build lasting confidence and resilience.
